IW ARE NOT JUST ANOTHER SPEAKER AGENCY.

Inspiring Women was established in 2014 by former England Rugby Captain Catherine Spencer. Founded on Catherine’s own belief in ‘equality of opportunity’ (after witnessing a profession seemingly dominated by men) the agency was set up to create a platform to provide female speakers.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

  • All of our speakers are charged at the same rate; we do not segregate our speakers in to different price bands. We select the speakers that we work with very carefully. This means that our clients do not have to go through an awkward and sometimes time-consuming dialogue about available budgets and different costs. This also means that we are representing all of our speakers equally ensuring that our only aim is to provide the most suitable speaker for your event.

  • We value loyalty; we offer any client who makes a repeat booking with us and for all bookings thereafter a reduced associate rate.

WHY WORK WITH US?

WE’RE NOT JUST ABOUT THE MONEY.

  • We commit to offering a minimum of two discounted charity rate bookings per month. We appreciate that some organisations, charities, schools and sports clubs do not always have access to funding that will secure a speaker. If you are unable to meet our standard rate please do contact us – tell us a little about your organisation, what you are trying to achieve and how an external speaker will help and we will do our best to provide one of our speakers for you.

  • £100 from every standard booking and £50 from every associate rate booking is donated to our charity project partner FITR. (Female Inspiration Through Rugby). We are really proud of our partnership with FITR that has been established following Catherine’s personal relationship as a Patron of the parent charity: Tag Rugby Trust.
