In 2015 she was part of ITV’s men’s Rugby World Cup broadcast line-up which made her the first ever former female player to commentate on men’s international rugby and in 2017 was a regular in the studio for ITV’s extensive coverage of the Women’s World Cup. Maggie has continued working with ITV across their rugby broadcasts in both men’s and women’s rugby and was central to the BBC broadcast team for the record-breaking Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2025. She has been continuing to blaze a trail in the media world presenting features on popular programmes such as BBC’s The One Show and appearing on daytime television including ITV’s Good Morning Britain.

Maggie has taken her education as seriously as her rugby obtaining a MSc in Sports & Exercise at Roehampton University, a BSc in the same subjects at De Montfort University and a BTEC National Diploma in Leisure Studies at Hertford Regional College. Additionally, she has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Arts from the University of Bedfordshire. With an ingrained thirst for personal development and knowledge Maggie continues to strive for more as she is currently undertaking an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School.

Maggie’s autobiography: ‘Winning the Fight’ was released in 2023 and the children’s book – ‘Ultimate Rugby Superstars’ of which Maggie was a key collaborator was released in 2025.

Maggie can talk with great experience on topics ranging from understanding and coping with pressure to the psychology or winning, working within a male dominated and challenging perceptions. Maggie will inspire, motivate, challenge and inform any audience regardless of background.
