Michelle Robinson nee Griffith was born in Wembley and is a former Olympic athlete who represented GB for over 2 decades in the Triple jump.

A leader in her sport, Michelle was the first women to have jumped over 14 metres in the Commonwealth, and is still one of only a handful of women in the UK to have achieved this distance.

As a wife and working mother of 3 young children, Michelle knows how hard it is to maintain control and balance in her life and consequently understands the struggles that many other mothers face to find this key factor along with highlighting and stressing the difficulties that some women and girls endure, constantly battling with insecurities and low self esteem.

Michelle delivers empowering messages on the importance of one’s well-being and a balanced lifestyle whilst sharing her own inspirational stories.

Having set up a successful personal training company in London nearly 20 years ago, Michelle has a wealth of experience and knowledge in getting the best out of her clients.
Over the last nine years, Michelle naturally followed her ‘passion of helping others’ and is now a well respected, Coach and Mentor.

Michelle is one of the lead mentors in the UK, for the successful Dame Kelly Holmes Trust – which helps young people get their ‘lives back on track’ through an extensive mentoring programme.

In 2016, Michelle appeared on a BBC lifeline appeal alongside Dame Kelly Holmes, and was one of the guest speakers alongside Dame Kelly Holmes at the Institute of Directors Conference at the Royal Albert Hall.

Michelle regularly speaks in schools and corporate companies about ‘high performance’ and ‘winning at life’; her positive energy will leave any audience feeling uplifted.
